Officer groper: RCMP
By MARIA MCCLINTOCK, OTTAWA BUREAU, SUN MEDIA

Jean Chretien's former bodyguard is being accused of sexually touching one of her bosses on three occasions, a year after she launched a $2.5-million sexual harassment lawsuit against the RCMP, Sun Media has learned. RCMP officer Terry Lebrasseur, 43, was charged under the RCMP Act Tuesday with three counts of conduct unbecoming a police officer in connection with three alleged incidents between 1998 and 1999.

According to Sun sources, the first disciplinary charge is in connection with allegations Lebrasseur touched her boss' genitalia while on an official assignment in Dublin. The second charge is in connection with allegations that similar conduct took place during a photo session at 24 Sussex Dr.

The third charge is in connection with allegations that Lebrasseur touched her boss' back while he was in the shower at the PM's summer home at Harrington Lake, Quebec.
