Media in the U.K. are reporting Prince Harry is "upset" at criticisms levelled against him for partying in Calgary with a busty bartender hours after a British soldier died.
The royal party boy-turned military man was photographed cavorting with female staff at Cowboys into the early hours last Thursday, hours after Britain's 150th soldier died in Iraq.
Yesterday, a senior palace source told the U.K. Sun -- no relation to the Calgary Sun -- it was "unreasonable" to single out the young royal.
"There are in the region of 90,000 serving personnel in the military, of which 20,000 are on active service," the source said. "Harry, just like any member of the British army, is upset by the suggestion that by enjoying a night out with colleagues he is showing a lack of respect.
"Does this mean everyone in the army should be teetotal and avoid going out?"
Cherie Cymbalisty, 22, sold her story and photos of her partying with Harry at Cowboys Niteclub to Britain's News of The World.
She dished to the U.K. newspaper about the prince's passion for her ample assets, his flirty ways, how he jokingly introduced himself as 'Gary' and his bid to get her to drop her top.
The 22-year-old prince, who flew to Alberta about two weeks ago for training at CFB Suffield, near Medicine Hat, reportedly spent much of the evening ogling Cymbalisty. After closing down the bar at 2 a.m., Harry returned to hang out with Cymbalisty, who aspires to be a Playboy bunny, and fellow bartenders as they finished up for the night. Before receiving a parting kiss on the cheek from the red-headed royal, Cymbalisty gave him her cellphone number with hopes of a date.
The U.K. Sun reported Harry's flirting at Cowboys club will land him in hot water with girlfriend Chelsy Davy, 21.
A pal of South Africa-based Chelsy told the paper: "Harry is truly in the doghouse. "He's got lots of explaining to do."
The prince was held back from serving with his unit in Iraq, but army chiefs are reportedly planning to quietly deploy Harry to Afghanistan.
