TORONTO — A tractor-trailer rollover just before 1 a.m. Sept. 26, closed both the northbound and southbound Highway 427 ramps to Highway 401.

The crash spilled a load of building materials and badly damaged a length of guardrail.

The truck driver suffered minor injuries.

Police say the ramps may not re-open until about 11 a.m.
