Teen killed after car hits bus shelter
Police identify victim, charge driver

The teenager killed after an allegedly drunk and speeding driver lost control and slammed into the car she was in on Bathurst Ave. near Steeles Ave. W. has been identified.

Eugenia Migounov, 15, died at the scene of the crash around 9:30 p.m. Sunday.

The out-of-control car also hit a bus shelter. No one was waiting for the bus at the time of the accident.

A 17-year-old, who can't be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, is charged with impaired driving causing death and criminal negligence causing death.
