'Grave robber' suspect in hospital

One of the men accused of stealing from a Toronto woman while on her hospital deathbed has been hospitalized.

Toronto Police confirmed the man asked for medical treatment Sunday morning and was taken to St. Michael's Hospital.

The man, who was arrested Saturday, was to appear in a Toronto courtroom Sunday morning.

Marcos Marinoni, 26, of Vaughan is charged with conspiracy to commit an indictable offence, theft over $5,000, two counts of theft under $5,000, theft of credit card, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, possession of a credit card obtained by crime and three counts of fraudulent use of a credit card obtained by crime.
