Body of 2nd fisherman recovered from Lake Huron

LONDON, Ont. -- Police have recovered the body of a second fisherman who went went missing along with another angler on Lake Huron near Kettle Point, Ont.

Anishinabek police confirmed the body of Craig Bressette, 50, of Kettle Point, 35 kilometres northeast of Sarnia, Ont., was retrieved from the water Sunday.

The body William Calvin George, 58, also of Kettle Point, was recovered Saturday overnight.

The two men had been missing since Friday about 12 p.m. after an overturned 14-foot fishing boat was found more than one kilometre off the shore of Lake Huron off of Centre Rd.

A U.S. Coast Guard helicopter and a Hercules aircraft were called in to help Anishinabek police and Lambton OPP with the search.
