VANCOUVER - A B.C. teacher was canned after he told a foreign student “Speakee no English” and “go back to Korea,” according to a disclipinary decision released Monday.

James David Long won’t be able to reapply for a teaching certificate until he gets a psychological assessment, according to a decision from the B.C. Teacher Regulation Branch.

“On another occasion, Mr. Long spent an entire class playing a guitar while ignoring his students,” the report noted, adding the teacher told students he had no respect for the education system as a whole.
