TORONTO - Mayor Rob Ford is ready and agreeable to accept and receive help, the Toronto Sun has confirmed.

In fact, the Sun has learned, plans to deal with his issues are already underway.

“It’s personal,” a source close to him said of what “issues” are being worked on.

“There are things happening.”

However, several sources say, unless the mayor himself decides to share it with the city, there is not likely going to be a traditional public announcement.

“He is ready,” the source said. “He is listening.”
