TORONTO – The infamous video that plunged Mayor Rob Ford into a crack scandal was filmed in February, according to a newly released police document.

The document about Ford friend Alexander "Sandro" Lisi's extortion charge confirmed the Ford crack video was shot in February 2013. The mayor has stated publicly he hasn't smoked crack in a year.

According to the document, it was last May when Lisi "became aware of the existence of a video that depicted the Toronto mayor in a compromising, intoxicated position."

"The video appears to show the mayor consuming what appears to be a narcotic," the document said.
