TORONTO - He’s baaaack.

Yep, like some weird poltergeist that keeps haunting this province, Chris Mazza, the disgraced former Ornge CEO has resurfaced — as an emergency room physician in Thunder Bay.

Just when you thought you were safe from overpaid and overhyped executives ripping off your tax bucks, we find out Mazza is back on the public dime once again.

He’s been hired as one of a group of short-term locums at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.

This is the guy who said he couldn’t appear before a legislative committee last year to answer questions about Ornge because he was too fragile emotionally.

But now, lo and behold, he’s all better and he’s fixing up other people.
