Through the sporadic release of court documents and police summaries, we have been offered an unprecedented window into the bizarre underworld of our mayor. In instalments, like a 1940s radio serial, we have gained access to a reality show too crazy to believe: guns, gangs, sex and drugs, a cesspool whose seamy tributaries were all seeping right into City Hall.
