More bad news for accused Senate fraudster Patrick Brazeau: the Bank of Nova Scotia is moving to repossess his home, saying he failed to repay $201,015 in mortgage and other loans.

Scotiabank lawyers filed repo papers at the end of January, saying they will repossess Brazeau's Gatineau home in 60 days.

They say he and his estranged wife skipped payments on two loans, one a mortgage on the house.
