Make no mistake, Quebec Premier Pauline Marois can speak English. She demonstrated her speaking skills at a news conference in Drummondville, Que., just last week.

When asked if she would participate in the English-language election debate, the Parti Quebecois leader took the opportunity to show her English is improving.

Marois declined to debate, explaining that while her English is getting better, she wouldn't be able to explain her specific point of view.

Leaders of Quebec's three other major political parties had said they were open to debating in English.

Here's a sampling of Marois' linguistic skills - complete with autotune.
