TORONTO -- OPP Commissioner Chris Lewis says his investigators will have the final say on whether anyone else should be charged as a result of what police find in the ongoing Project Brazen 2 investigation.

In an interview with QMI Agency's Joe Warmington on the Late Shift on Newstalk 1010, Lewis outlined the OPP's role in the investigation into Mayor Rob Ford now that Toronto Police have given them oversight.

"What we want to look at - at the request of (Bill Blair), it's not something we dreamt up on our own - we want to look at any evidence that may implicate somebody that there is a potential conflict in terms of that ongoing relationship with the chief and some of the media frenzy that was going on around that," Lewis told Warmington.

"We're not going to review what they did already unless it has something to do with - and I don't want to get into the who and the what and the where - with really somebody that may be influential and there may be some perception of public bias."
