TORONTO — The Ford brothers came out swinging Friday at Premier Kathleen Wynne's simmering scandal.

Toronto Coun. Doug Ford fired a shot at Wynne as Mayor Rob Ford continues to get grilled about his admitted crack cocaine use and the ongoing police investigation.

"The premier should maybe send her deputy premier over because the mayor doesn't want to be associated with people that are under investigation for criminal activity of stealing taxpayers' money," Coun. Ford told reporters Friday at city hall.

"We have a corrupt Liberal government that have stolen billions of dollars off the taxpayer and they need to be held accountable."

A spokesman for Wynne fired back, calling Ford's comments "completely incorrect."
