TORONTO -- Mayor Rob Ford will be back from rehab and on the campaign trail in four to five weeks, his brother says.
"The campaign starts when he gets back," Doug Ford told reporters at City Hall on Tuesday.
The mayor's campaign manager said he saw his brother on the weekend at the GreeneStone Muskoka rehab centre and Rob is looking and sounding "great."
"(He) looks like a champion," Ford said.
"There is one thing I learned about Rob Ford - never count Rob Ford out of a race."
Ford predicted the mayor's rehab stint will last about 60 days -- he's already been in rehab for almost a month.
"Hopefully he'll be back in the next four to five weeks. We'll see," he said.
