TORONTO -- Mayor Rob Ford turned up out of rehab again on Wednesday night.
Ford was spotted at Crabby Joe's in Bracebridge, Ont. -- having dinner on his 45th birthday.
Toronto resident Victoria Thompson saw Ford at the restaurant with an unidentified woman and posed for a photo with him.
"He came out and I'm just like, 'Well, hello Mr. Ford,'" Thompson told QMI Agency.
She asked him for a picture and "he was fine with it."
"He didn't seem very happy though, I don't think he was looking for anyone from Toronto to actually be at Crabby Joe's on a Wednesday night," Thompson said. "I think he was caught off guard a bit."
Ford has been on a leave of absence since April 30 and in rehab at GreeneStone Muskoka for several weeks. When Ford took his leave, he cited an ongoing problem with drinking but not his admitted crack cocaine use.
Thompson said Ford appeared to be drinking orange juice at Crabby Joe's.
Staff at the restaurant Thursday confirmed Ford was there a day earlier, and an employee said Ford ordered a diet Coke and chicken wings.
