It appears Rob Ford is still focused on trying to “save money” as he learns to “live better.”

Toronto’s mayor was spotted shopping at a WalMart in Bracebridge Saturday afternoon — the second time this week Ford has been seen treatment facility.

“He seemed really happy,” Curtis Armstrong said after his chance encounter with the mayor. “He looked healthy compared to some photos I’ve seen where he looked all red-faced and his eyes were bloodshot.”

The publisher of Muskoka Magazine and What’s up Muskoka, which are owned by Sun Media, said he stopped by the department store to buy a propane tank shortly before 3 p.m. and was a bit taken aback when he bumped into Ford.

“You never know who you’re going to meet at WalMart,” Armstrong said with a laugh.
