Mayor Rob Ford had another "intoxicated" night at City Hall on Easter Monday, according to a newly released security report.

But Councillor Ford claimed Friday the mayor wasn't "intoxicated" that night.

"He had muscle spasms in his legs but that is about as far as I saw," Ford told the Sun.

According to the report filed by a security guard on duty that night, Ford was described as "intoxicated" on the night of April 21, spent around an hour in the mayor's office with an unknown woman who showed up to meet him there that night and was helped out of the building by Councillor Doug Ford - his brother and campaign manager.
