TORONTO - Mayor Rob Ford says he’s in the mayor’s race right to the finish line and predicts he’s going to win.
The embattled mayor on Monday flatly dismissed rumours that he would scuttle his mayoral re-election campaign and run for his old city council seat.
“You’d love to see that, you’d love to see that,” Ford told a reporter at Woburn Park. “I got news for ya, I’ve never quit anything in my life. I’m not quitting this and we’re going to win this on Oct. 27.”
