TORONTO - A long-awaited report on an investigation into the use of lethal force by Toronto Police dealing with emotionally distubed people  is set to be released Thursday.

The report was commissioned after the shooting death of Sammy Yatim.

Chief Bill Blair appointed former Supreme Court judge Frank Iacobucci to head up the investigation last August, a month after the Toronto teen, armed with a knife and alone in a TTC streetcar, was shot nine times by police.
