An electoral battle between two former journalists is shaping up as one of the tightest races as early election results trickle in tonight. With eight of 74 polls reporting, merely 23 votes separate Liberal incumbent and former radio host Dave Taylor from Tory hopeful Arthur Kent, known as the "Scud Stud" from his days as a war correspondent during the 1991 Gulf War.
