Shopper angered by G20 shutdown goes viral
By QMI Agency

TORONTO — Photos of the violence and destruction that marred last weekend's G20 summit might have been what made the most headlines, but a video of an enraged shopper, baffled by the early closure of the Eaton Centre has gone viral.

The 2:25-minute video shows a seemingly clueless man demanding to know why the the mall was closed.

"Tell us the reason," he yells. "I want to go shopping in the Eaton Centre. Why are you putting people through this. We want to shop."

Towards the end, the shopper tries to entice others to join him in protesting the early closure.

"Doesn't anyone else care?" he asks desperately.

Posted to YouTube, the video had been viewed almost 400,000 times by Tuesday evening before the original poster took it down.
