Climate change or not, what is the scam? What is wrong with a "green" mentality? Must man consume and pollute because it's convenient? Every good idea was not born until itself, they are usually the result of obsessive tempering of a radical opinion. So let the Al Gore's of the World spout, it only causes critical thinking on the subject ... and the odd exaggerated counter behaviour . (Such as the guy idling for a 1/2 hour pumping his fist out his window shouting - take that Earth ... mooo haaa haa.)

I must point out that the Liebral/NDP plan for Kyoto exempted Ontario's auto industry from its tax schedules. Gee, I wonder why this is. Could it be that the auto industry and unions read Kyoto and saw it as potentially harmful to their prosperity and job levels? This is one of the greatest atrocities in Canadian history, a 'corrupt bargain'. Alberta, whom these people sought to bear the full burdens of Kyoto, should secede over this. Fortunately, Mr. Harper stopped Kyoto before any real damage was done - he is a national savior.

If global warming is the issue, than, why in the world are they still building big cars, bigger trucks? It's so the greedy investors in the oil business can fill their huge bank vaults soaking the average guy for every penny they can get their "mitts" on.

Look around you and you'll see these big pick-up trucks running around in the cities poluting the streets with their machines and smogging up our clean air! Global warming?? Bull!!

Remember when we were in school and all the CFC's in Aerosol cans was clogging up the atmosphere and we were going to have another ice age.. All the scientists came forward with stats to prove that we were getting colder.

There is something is happening to the weather. It maybe natural or man made we will just have to work with that as we go on. With all of this debate on what has cause it (if it is a natural cycle or man made doom). I am reminded on something I heard about species survival and that is. If a species can adapt to the change in there environment than that species will survive. If the species cannot adapt than it will die out. So instead of laying blame and trying to take the credit for saying they did it. We should put the effort into learning how to survive the changing weather.
