Do police rely too heavily on Tasers? Fri, June 19, 2009
Robert Dziekanski’s mother has filed a lawsuit alleging excessive force and “cruel and unusual” treatment by the four RCMP officers who stunned her son with a Taser.
This man was tazered for 15 seconds. 6 seconds were standing up. In that time he was apperently tazered 5 times.
I don't think the tazer was functioning properly, neither was the guy tazered.
I still don't see any wrong doing by these officers.

Didnt take Monty long to begin his lies,or expose others.
Monty says he gave the order to tazer Robert. The man who pulled the trigger says he did not get an order to fire.
Monty said he gave the order to fire a second time because Robert did not go down after the first, but clearly he did
Monty said he offered no help to a dieing man turning blue, because he thought he was turning blue because of a bruise!!!!
And this is the kind of person allowed on the streets fully armed?
Of course Monty later went out driving drunk ,killed a man, then left the scene.
Guess we can all see what kind of person Monty is
EH?

Seems wayne, who said Omar should pay for the twin towers before being allowed back into Canada thinks Constable Monty Robinson, the lead cop the night Robert was tazered 5 times and killed by a gang of 4,has nothing to do with the topic which is tazers
This monty,if he had of ever been handled properly after the killing of Robert, just might not have been out on the road driving drunk killing yet another innocent person.
Now Monty, who is due on the stand Monday, has two cases that he is practicing the art of lieing, that all cops it appears seem to enroll in
How wayne thinks Monty Robinson has nothing to do with the topic is truly bizzare

like i said idiot what does one seperate and totally different incident that happened 1 year later have to do with this tazer topic.

wayne who says Omar must pay for the twin towers before being allowed back in Canada , I think was asking what does Monty Robinson, who not only helped kill Robert then while driving drunk killed another man a year later have to do with the topic.
Well CONsidering he was the lead cop in the tazer killing and the one who is up next at the tazer inquiry,I would say it has everything to do with the topic.
Unlike you wayne who seems to think the topic is about me,tweetypie, and partial, money saving autopsies
Now stay on topic wayne.
But I am sure you will have a silly response to Valerie

A definate yes. It is interesting that any time I have seen footage on police testing the tasers on themselves they hit the person on the back and say that it was painful but not to bad. To test the taser properly I would like to see them hit the person on the chest a couple of times like they do to people they arrest. It seems the police have a carte blanc freedom to do whatever they want with no consequences. Time and again the charges against them are dropped or the judge says that whatever they did was warrented no matter how bad. They are turning into gestapo and can do whatever they want with no consequences. It is getting frightening.

Oh thats right, its not about the topic but about your personal hates.

You are too weird for me wayne.
In a few days, the drunk drier who killed a young man then left the scene, the CONcocted a wild story about drinking vodka after the killing, will be taking the stand in the tazer killing inquiry.
Because the first 3 cops have agreed their notes would give a person a false impression into what happened that night(meaning they got caught lieing )Const Monty has had two weeks to change his story,as he can no longer stick with the script.
Cant wait to see this killer of 2 innocent people in a year squirm.
Took 2 killings to finally get this guy off the streets
EH?

To wayne who says Omar must pay for the twin towers before being allowed back into Canada.
WHATEVER.You are just too weird for me
I am looking forward to Monday when Cont Monty Robinson gets on the stand to begin his lies.
Of course because the other 3 have already admitted their reports were wrong, and caught in several lies,Monty has had two weeks to revive his lies.
In the meantime Monty was in court for his drunk driving causing death charges he is up against( or will be)
He got up in front of the judge already and lied by saying he drank vodka after he killed the young man.
He killed the young man, left the scene and went home, drank some vodka, then returned to the crime scene.
This is what he was saying in order to get his licence back from the mandatory 3 month roadside suspension you get in BC for failing a breathalyzer
When he gets convicted for drunk driving and causing death, and leaving the scene of the crime,he will be wishing he had of been given some sort of punishment in the tazer killing of Robert that somehow may of prevented him from getting into his latest troubles
