Robert Dziekanski’s mother has filed a lawsuit alleging excessive force and “cruel and unusual” treatment by the four RCMP officers who stunned her son with a Taser.
Well,well another taser incident in B.C.,eh.An old man with a jackknife is tasered THREE times while lying in his hospital bed after heart surgery.A simple whack with a police baton on his wrist would have sufficed but oh no,much better to taser him like an animal.Yeah right.I have watched the video of a polish man being repeatedly tasered au nauseum.Yeah he was simply,in my opinion,seen as a animal to be played with.There were,in my opinion,animals involved here but they were in uniform.After their victim collapsed there was absolutely no sign of compassion or any kind of help for this man.No CPR,nothing!!In my mind this was awfully close to murder.

Who but a doctor has the equipment or training to determine if there are no life signs. Police and emergency people can tell whether a brain is functioning even though the heart appears not to be?
Yes Tweety, the police are the criminals, no one else. Its a conspiracy. Your version of truth is very different than my version and I saw the same tapes. Thats not a lie, its called perception.

There are 2 or 3 occurrences where a police officer can declare someone dead.

Caught lying several times about this killing simply because they did not know the whole incident had been recorded
To lie and say they pinned the man to the ground on his back face up, as they are supposed to do, when in fact one POLICIO jumped on his neck and head, pinning him to the ground on his chest, face down and another jumps on his back.
If the POLICIO wer exposed as bing liars so many times in the one case that eas filmed, just how many times do they lie in other cases that are not recorded.
I would say a lot of the time
As for only a doctor can declare a person dead.

Actually its doctors who declare dead.
Also if he was dead then i guess it didn't matter if the cuffs were off or on.
