But in studiously avoiding the questions I asked (i.e., if that was uttered in all earnestness, and what your solution is to the existing multi-party format and its tendency to elect majorities with less than 50% of the vote) you become just a clone of the Village Idiot.
As a teacher, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and just put down that "naieve" as a typo. Otherwise, I sure hope English isn't the subject you teach.
