In her final MSN conversation, a male nurse posing as a teenage girl coaxed Nadia Kajouji to hang herself on webcam while he watched.
Minnesota police are close to laying charges against the man, in his late 30s, St. Paul Police confirmed yesterday.
Kajouji, a depressed Carleton University student, went missing March 9, 2008. Her body washed up on the banks of the Rideau River in April 2008. Hours before she took her own life, she confided in the man she thought was a suicidal soulmate. Her plan was to make it look like she'd fallen through the ice while skating on the canal.
What are your thoughts on the Nadia Kajouji tragedy?

I did not post ANYTHING about " a person In Canada has been charged and convicted of encouraging their freind to have another round at the pub and then that person was involved in a crash that resulted in someones death." Bar staff can be charged and have: google "bar staff charged" etc. Also, hosts at private residences have also been charged and sued, so Brucey what's your point except that you can't read?

Penny, have you noticed in some of the pill ads lately they orally state the side effects instead of the small print-too small to read on a big screen HD T.V.? Some of these side-effects are viral which I assume means that the pill will dehabilitate your immune system to such an extent that common viruses become a huge problem.
I love the ads where, in print, they retract everything that they have just promoted. Usually it is in the bottom right corner of the screen and it says "Results not typical". That means the results are atypical and therefore unlikely. Oh goody.

In Canada, we prosecute the bar and the servers for exactly that situation. Also, if it is a person's residence and the host encourages the guests to over-indulge the host may also be charged. They certainly have been sued successfully in civil courts as well. But that's in Canada, Brucey, and I wouldn't expect you to know about our laws or their enforcement.

SLAVES;
I'm smart enough to know that, "I know nothing".
Although there are many times I would like to be able to spare the time to sit down and offer up my opinion (opinions are like a**holes everybody has one) for your ridicule I just don't have the time, I am a very busy man with both personal and financial responsibility’s which weigh upon me heavily at times.
That said I am a student of history and admire greatly the men that came before me, how can a man take lightly the writing’s of the scribes and philosophers of our history?
Great minds in the mists of our past have crafted and summoned up words of truth that still ring out with the power and weight of their truth and principle, even until today.
Likewise many honourable and truthful scribes, philosophers and journalists are recording our history here in the present, but they are not to be found here, or on any mainstream media outlet for that matter.
I cut and paste that which I believe is relevant and offers a view other than what is presented on MSM and TV.
I understand the mechanics of social engineering and environmental forces upon the psyche of us all, no one is immune, including my person, and I understand that whilst most of us dream, some of us do definitely scheme.
We have become SLAVES, always seeking the escape from our sovereign responsibilities as human beings; no person/government/institution is responsible for another's actions through their words, deeds or speech, and to believe otherwise so is to deny the power of the "person" and to acquiesce to the power of government and relinquish sovereign freedom and personal liberty.
Tragedy seems to be our existence upon the creator’s earth but I believe it need not be so.
Personal responsibility is the path to freedom, both within ourselves and extending out to another.
If guilt must be focused and a pound of flesh be offered up to "society" let us focus on the real perpetrator of the crime, the evil which shadows us all, apathy, ignorance and our lack of faith of the powers within.
There you go SLAVES, that’s the last time I will even try to explain myself to any of the likes of “you all”.
Of course all this shite is only the result of 6 choppes and 4 Brahma down at “Mercado do peixe” whilst dining on moqueca so ESAD SLAVES. (It’s 12:35AM here)
