What are your thoughts on hiring a lawyer for a bullied student? Thu, February 26, 2009
LONDON -- The parents of a seven-year-old say he's been bullied by a junior kindergarten boy, a youngster roughly half his age.
The Oxford County couple say the attacks -- from kicking to tackling -- are so bad, they now only send their child to his rural school on days when the four-year-old isn't there.
Frustrated, Paul and Tanya Kesner have hired a lawyer.
What are your thoughts on hiring a lawyer for a bullied student?

Coming from a well off background, i never really saw any of these things happening in my neighborhood and in my school. Though, having 2 boys aged 12 and 16 going to a public catholic school is not ideal at all (unfortunately, i can't afford to send them to private schools yet like my Father did for my siblings and I). You have a mix of cultures, beliefs, kids who come from families that dont necessarily have the right values or education (and i dont mean just school). So, what can you do? Fight? Definitely. Yes, hire a lawyer if needed. Leave the schools out and go straight to the cops. Its our right to do so. Also, I think it is possible for smaller kids to bully bigger and older ones. Ive actually seen kids who are as young as maybe 5 or 6 and they look and act like F****D up brats. Theyre parents of course are no better.

Brucey...I'm impressed.
Kernels of wisdom in what initially appeared to be just another rant.
The school system is a disaster; both from an educational and child protection point of view.
This won't change without a major overhaul.
An overhaul won’t happen because it takes too much effort.
The effort won't be made because it’s easier to collect your pay without rocking the boat.
In other words…Apathy! Nice lol!

There's a real problem when ADULTS can't handle the actions of a four year old.
Put the seven year old in martial arts classes and give him some confidence and self respect to stand up for himself.

You would think (NOT) that someone even as clueless as Twitless would EVENTUALLY learn how to spell "probably". Its not a typo because the IDIOT misspells it consistently. I have changed my mind, I thought the clueless Twit had an I.Q. of 7 I have decided it is closer to 6.

really ML, do you think that the twit cares about what you or your child went though?
Not even close, the twit just likes to repeat lies, pretend that someone actually backs them up, them it repeats again.
The twitiot is an angry little person who has no job, no clue and obviously no class.
Play it's foolish game all you want, but proving it wrong time and time again does get old after awhile.
