This is a case that is beginning to look a lot like "he said she said"reminiscent of the Bernardo, holmolka affair.A stern warning from this parent, dont go there. The family of this buietifull young girl has suffered enough. To many mistakes have been made by to many factions of the law and the media and the public.A young girl is missing, lets find her,and if it is just her remains at least let us have the decency to give her parents that part of closure.Send Tori's spirit back to them.I suggest a public search on a massive scale, with full police and crown cooperation. That is simple. peaceoftheskies@hotmail.com

Twitless, forensically challanged, posted: "You can get good DNA from a thousand year old body."

If it is FROZEN very quickly or preserved with formaldahyde or mummified through dehydration or in a tar pit, tissue DNA has been recovered. If there is NORMAL decomposition and exposure to the elements only mitochondrial DNA is recoverable from a skeleton. Twitless, you are so incredibly stupid it is quite astounding.

Let's see and what comes out of the trial. If this is indeed another episode or Murder or worse, a "Bernardo" case...then this should be the EXACT reason to bring back the death penalty. These monsters cannot be rehabilitated and show no remorse for their actions. They are human garbage and it's time to take out the trash!!

In the Holmoka investigation, police screwed up by making a deal too quickly. Their job was to find evidence in their home and they blew it by not finding the video tapes that were there to find. As a result, a killer walked away.

There likely was a deal in he works with the girl in her helping to find Tori but I would think that has fallen apart with her inability to point them in the right direction.

This is not CSI, it is reality where police are simply not that good.

As much as we do not like it, the legal system protects the rights of the accused. If they do not want to say anything, they just keep quiet.

Just hopefully, they have enough evidence currently to keep them in jail and if it takes them all summer to continue searching, then so be it.

Keeping the deal makers at home as long as possible should be their goal.

I doubt these two are in any hurry to get out anyway. Tori's family has some friends that I am sure these two want to stay very clear of.

The real horror of this case will soon be revealed.

I think that the courts learned enough from the Homolka situation that there is no question they wouldn't dare swing a similar deal.

I personally don't agree with the death penalty. I think it's wrong. I don't think any deals should be made with anyboyd that kills an innocent child. I also feel so sorry for the mother. The community should apologize for being so mean and gossiping about her. And now her daughter's body can't be found. What a mess and I hope that something good comes out of this. That poor family and what they are going through.

I remember all to well the Bernardo trial. And to think how Karla Homolka is living her life as a free woman makes my stomach turn and send shivers down my spine. My fear is that they struck another "deal" with this girl. I certainly hope that history won't repeat itself.

Again people, the topic is this poor little girl, not me, tweetypie.

And no DP, I was never a Mrs.B.

But how did this poster happen to shut down the old forum?

By being racist and insulting?

Now please stay on topic and take your trolling elsewhere.

Lets all pray for this little child and her parents

EH?

It is high time to change our laws to protect and serve the innnocent. In cases where there is no doubt of guilt, bring back the death penalty. If not the death penalty a life sentence should mean life. No parole. They took away another human beings right to live. They should have absolutely no rights other than a trial. No education like Holmoka getting a university degree at tax payers expense. Bring cameras to all schools, like the one that showed Tori walking with the abductor. Make Canada the last place anyone would even think about abducting a child.
