What are your thoughts on the Ontario Peeping Tom case?
Thu, September 24, 2009

A St. Catharines mom who videotaped a neighbour in a sex act in her backyard, only to see a criminal harassment charge withdrawn by the Crown, says she feels let down by the attorney general.

Tory MPP Christine Elliott raised the issue of Patricia Marshall and her two teenage daughters in the Ontario legislature yesterday, noting that the family was given no warning the charge against the young man caught peeping in their windows would be dropped.

"For Ms. Marshall and her family, the story isn't over," Elliott said. "Forced to shower in their basement, they're still living in fear. This is totally unacceptable in the province of Ontario."

This victimized family has been through the mill on this. What does it take in this country to get justice? It's absolutely shamefull.

Send him to my back yard and I'll guarantee that he'll not come back a second time. I'm not talking about violence against him either. You just have to think outside the box. Enough said.

You know what I don't get, if this piece of crap expectation of privacy while commiting a criminal act, what is next bank robbers are going to sue the bank that they just hit because their privacy was violated. The man commited a sex crime, and poor little him, he got caught and now blames the victim for his own crimes, anyone that supports him should buy his neighbours house and move in with their own teenage daughters. Personally, I think that PM was justified putting up cameras and showing everyone what this creep does. If he wanted privacy, he should have stayed home.

What a creepy little freak, reminds me of stories of Paul Bernardo's at an earlier age before he became the predator.

I believe that this young man made hormone fueled mistakes some time ago. I believe that the reactions of the offended family and of Mark Bonokowski have escalated a situation that may have developed differently. No one deserves to have someone peering in their windows, but no one deserves a public demonization over mistakes made.

This story has got to be the most outrageous example of an ignorant justice system as well as an inept liberal government.

If this ass bastard was my neighbour, you can put even money on it that his existence would be ended.

What the hell kind of laws does one have to break before they get jail time?

Ontario, the land of the retarded crown prosecuters, so this is where all of the losers in the justice system go.

I don't have anything nice to say about lawyers and the Cedars lawyer just adds evidence as to why lawyerss are a distinct group of dumbass's.

Funny how the guy committing the crime first isn't charged and then has the nerve to turn around and set himself up as a victim. It's a classic I got away with it so I can do whatever I want regardless of anyone.

This is just sad! This justice system is backwards. You have a guy violating a family's right to feel safe and secure in their home. This is someone that has stripped all rights from good citizens while he goes around jerking it!? What is it going to take this guy breaking in and raping someone before he is convicted? What is unbelievable is that he threatened legal action on this family due to their cameras being pointed towards his house because it violates his privacy and rights. Well if your trespassing on their property I guess they have the right to kick you off literally!

I would do the same thing!! He is complaining about privacy???Again good for what the mother did!!

"Peeping Tom sentenced"...

So who were the idiots who decided not to charge him in the first place ? Can we rub this in their faces ? along with fecese ? You figure this charade would get him to lay low, but no, this time he went after public washrooms. What a doorknob.
