Did Jaffer catch a lucky break? Tue, March 9, 2010
Cocaine possession and drunk driving charges against former Conservative MP Rahim Jaffer were withdrawn Tuesday after the one-time anti-drug activist pleaded guilty to careless driving.
The plea deal sparked an angry exchange in the House of Commons, after the opposition Liberals accused the government of hypocrisy.
In convicting Jaffer and fining him $500, the Ontario court judge said he would not interfere with the joint submission by Crown and defence.
“I’m sure you can recognize a break when you see one,” Justice Doug Maund told Jaffer.

Did private citizen Jaffer catch a lucky break ? Well, did Librano MP Pablo Rodriguez catch a lucky break ? When Rodriguez isn't getting CBC employees writing questions on his behalf (Krista Erickson), Rodriguez is driving around drunk, and smashing his car into other innocent drivers, and than refusing to take a breathalizer when asked by the arresting officer. Seeing as Jaffer is a private citizen and Librano Rodriguez is a sitting MP, which one caught a lucky break. Librano Rodriguez wasn't raped and lynched by the media like private citizen Jaffer was, so the answer to who caught a lucky break is obvious. Rodriguez is lucky he's a Librano and not a Conservative, or he would have been dragged through the mud and viciously smeared by the media. Did private citizen Jaffer catch a lucky break ?...Not as lucky a break as sitting Librano MP Pablo Rodriguez caught.

Did private citizen Jaffer catch a lucky break ? Well if you consider being raped and lynched by the media and sleazy leftoids like ND P'er Pat (the Nazi) Martin catching a lucky break, then yeah I guess he did catch a lucky break. I guess it just depends on what you're definition of "lucky break" means. Nobody on this forum or in the media know the facts pertaining to jaffer's so called transgressions, but that doesn't stop the left from frothing at the mouth and dragging Jaffer out of his bed and lynching him in the court of public opinion. Is being raped and lynched by the media and the facist lefties, based on innuendo and smear catching a "lucky break"? If you're in the media or on the extreme left, then I guess the answer is, yes.

From his most recent appearance "...— and never used illegal drugs.."
- Any of you guys ever get caught with something you weren’t supposed to have as a kid ? "It's not mine Dad, I was holding it for a friend" ... it only works once, if you're lucky.
Describing himself as "a politician whose roots and beliefs did not allow him to engage in unethical or illegal behavior."
- Ah well there it is, might as well shut the case down, clearly his background means he's biologically and mentally incapable of anything illegal of unethical. I guess the sense of superiority he paraded around with also wasn't his, he was just holding it for a friend.

It's amazing that the OPP constable was chosen to be part of the ISU aboard the RCMP's happy girls cruise ship moored in BC.....
