...this one is a tough call... are they legit refugees?...Cuba, the U.S. and Canada turned back a boat load of close to 1,000 Jews during the WWII for similar reasons as today (see Voyage of the Damned)... most ended up in German Concentration Camps, with some 700 murdered... tread carefully here...are we being fair or racist?

Send them ALL back, and confiscate the ship to sell at auctioon for scrap metal ...using that money to pay the costs of their trips back. A couple of confiscated ships sold for scrap might cool this before it gets totally out of hand.

well i am glad to see that i agree whole heartedly with the majority of canadians. now if we could only ever find a way to our criminals, oops sorry, i mean government to listen to the majority. ie HST. elected by the people for the people has evolved into elected by the people for the $$$$ and power! send them back and make them do it legal way, our ancestors had to why shouldn't they?

Strongly feel they should be sent back. Canada is a haven for these immigrants from abroad. They have their own customs/religions and want to impose them on us. We treat them royally but it comes out of our tax dollars. We can't even get a family doctor but doctors are awarded to them. Spending money, housing, etc., is all given to them. There certainly is something wrong with our system. Send them back. Enough is enough. Their own country do not even want them and neither do others they have tackled. Even their commissioner in Canada said "send them back".

Get some backbone and send them back otherwise we become the dumping ground for every other rogue country. ALSO try looking ahead and seewhat our beloved Canada will look like in 15 or 20 years, will it be what you want for your children and grandchildren.
