This law is so vague, if a victim calls a bully, a Bully, they are open to fines.

We both know you said it so thats all that matters. You even say its still listed. I'm not about to go through the archives looking for it. It is burned in my, and many other peoples minds that you said such a cruel thing.
So yes again I will say. Bullying is a serious problem and until everyone's attitudes changes, it will not go away.
