Yes I certainly agree with the decision, not to sure why they also banned the bio degradable models but overall a good decision. Hopefully it will set the tone for other cities and communities to follow suit and rid us of plastic bags in the streets, fields, lakes and rivers.

Typical Sun. Of course plastic bags are not being banned as the Sun people want you to think. There will always be plastic bags for things such as bread and whatever. Its the plastic carry out plastic bags in grocery stores being banned. And of course they should be banned. There is no need to be using them just to be packing your groceries home..

But right wingers support littering and destroying the environment even more, so of course they are furious with the banning of plastic bags to bring your groceries home in.
