What do you think of Nik Wallenda's Falls walk? Mon, June 13, 2011
On Friday, June 15, Nik Wallenda, a seventh-generation member of the famed "Flying Wallendas" family of circus performers, is set to walk a 2-inch (5 cm) cable strung 1,800 feet across Niagara Falls gorge on June 15 - the first such tight rope feat between the United States and Canada in more than a century.
I sent ABC a note saying I would do it to, for a few bucks. The guy who runs the variety said he would do it also. My kid was going to do it but he's got exams. Thrilling?

Good old fashioned entertainment. Good for the area economy and break from the usual crap going on around the world. I wish him luck and a safe journey.
