The separation issue is moot and our politicians are too stupid to realize it. After the battle of the Plains of Abraham, the french gave up, by treaty, all rights to all lands in Canada in exchange for keeping language and church. The treaty has not be amended or rescinded so there is no issue. They cannot separate and I'm tired of hearing the rant about separating. If they don't like Canada, simply leave as many of them were forced to do after the Battle of the Plains of Abraham.

Please let them separate, but they have to take their share of the debt. Especially since so much of our debt has gone to benefit Quebec and Bilingualism - Lets have a referendum for English Canada to see if we can force them to separate!!!
