U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry offered a defence of freedom of speech, religion and thought in the United States on Tuesday telling German students that in America "you have a right to be stupid if you want to be."
Kerry is just breeching the topic of stupidity so that the Germans will excuse all the stupid things he and Obama will be doing in the next four years. And explains the stupidity for their last 30 years.

Any country who supports terroist supporting dictators, and who invade and occupy foreign countries, and drop bombs on the innocent people, and who say they do it for democracy while at the same time support dictators who buy their weapons, have to be the stupidest people on the planet.

I am an American living in Calagry and I have seen a lot of stupid Canadians as well, especially the drivers here. US does not have exclusive rights to that.
