Winnipeg cops probe home invasion
By QMI Agency

WINNIPEG - At least three people were involved in a home invasion that took place in Elmwood in the wee hours of Saturday morning.

A Winnipeg police spokesman said at least three male suspects entered a home in the 100 block of Roch Street about 12:15 a.m. Saturday, possibly by forcing their way in.

Three people, all residents of the home in their 20s, were home at the time, the spokesman said.

The intruders may have been armed, although that had yet to be confirmed Saturday, the spokesman said.

No injuries were reported, but the thugs did make off with some stolen property.

No arrests have been made.
