Yes, all strikes are always stupid.
No, the feds should butt out of labour negotiations.

BRAMPTON - A 15-year-old boy has died after being shot multiple times in the courtyard of a Toronto townhouse complex.

Toronto Police homicide Det. Peter Trimble identified the victim as Andrew Naidoo, who lives in the area of the shooting in the suburb of Etobicoke.

Naidoo was rushed to Sunnybrook hospital around 11:30 p.m., but succumbed to his injuries.

Trimble said there are multiple suspects and there may be a second victim.

"The second victim -- or witness -- was chased by the suspects just before or after the shooting," Trimble told reporters at the scene at 6:40 a.m.

Naidoo was with a group of people at the time so there are multiple witnesses. Police are encouraging them to come forward to assist investigators.

Neighbours told reporters they heard about 10 gunshots, however, police would not divulge how many shell casings were found in the complex.

Police met with the boy's family Monday morning but have not been able to properly interview them.

"They're devastated; it's a 15-year-old boy," said Trimble. "It's terrible, it's absolutely terrible."
