QUEBEC CITY - The Crown is seeking a three to four year prison sentence for a woman guilty of sexual immorality.

Court heard in early 2000, the mother and her husband started to have sex in front of their children. Then they forced their 10-year-old daughter to participate.

When the girl was 12, she became pregnant. She had an abortion and was given birth control pills so she could continue to have sex with her father. Court heard at one point, the mother and daughter became sexual rivals.

"It was not the mother who slept with the father in the parents' bedroom. It was the girl," Crown prosecutor Carmen Rioux said.

When she was 13, the girl confided to a teacher at school and police were called.
