TORONTO - A convicted killer who received a nose job and gave birth to three children fathered by another murderer while serving jail time has been released into the community.

Amina Chaudary, 51, saw one child for nine days, another for one month and a third for four months in her cell before they were taken away and given to a friend, friends said.

The children, who are aged from 16 to 20, suffer from various stages of autism and two may not know that their parents conceived them while serving time, each for murder.

Their father, Anees Chaudary, 49, was serving a life term for killing a young man when he and Amina became involved in a relationship. They were allowed to marry in jail and have conjugal visits.

Amina was released on Wednesday to a half-way house in Hamilton by the National Parole Board, officials confirm. She will not be allowed to live with her husband or the children, who are in foster homes.

She was serving a life sentence after being found guilty in 1982 of strangling to death Rajesh Gupta, 8, a nephew of her lover. She left his 39-kg body facedown and shoeless on a snow-covered dead-end street.

Her lover had run off to India to wed a Hindu woman in an arranged marriage. Amina, who was already married and had a child, was left behind pregnant and bent on vengeance.

She now faces deportation to India because of the conviction, officials said.

Court documents show that in jail she managed to obtain two university degrees, a hairdressing licence, save thousands of dollars and get a nose job.

She was previously given conditional release but that was revoked in 2009 for allegedly “concealing income and assets.” She was also seeking to have her murder conviction overturned to avoid deportation.

Anees, a former Toronto Pearson International Airport limousine driver, was convicted of shooting and killing teenager Navneet “Lucky” Uppal in 1988 in “a cold-blooded execution” to avenge a friend’s stabbing.

He was sent to the slammer in 1984 for 25 years and is out on day parole and seeking full parole. He is seeking custody of the children.

While out on day passes, Anees has been involved in a number of offenses including making an “inappropriate sexual remark” to a caregiver, inappropriate sexual interest in two girls and “scooping” limo fares at Pearson airport without a licence.
