TORONTO -- Police have accused a man wanted of sexually assaulting a teenage girl on three separate occasions on the Bloor subway line.

A 17-year-old girl told police she was assaulted three times within two weeks by the same man.

She said the first attack was Oct. 30 around 7 a.m. on the subway line.

The second alleged assault happened Nov. 6. Then, a week later, she was allegedly assaulted again on the Jane station's subway platform, but managed to break away and run to safety, police said.

The degree of alleged sexual assaults was not disclosed.

A suspect was arrested around 7 a.m. Wednesday at the Jane station.

Victor Torrejon Huaman, 50, of Toronto, is charged with three counts of sexual assault and one count of criminal harassment.

He is scheduled to appear in court Thursday morning.
