VANCOUVER - Three foreign nationals arriving at Canada's border have been arrested this month in separate child pornography investigations.

The Canada Border Services Agency said it seized three laptops and other electronic devices containing images of suspected child porn, but the agency is not identifying any of the accused.

The first incident happened on Dec. 2, when officials examined a marine vessel in Surrey, B.C., and found a laptop hidden behind bottled water in a storeroom.
