A 14-year-old is the seventh person charged following a "horrific sexual assault" in Prince George, B.C. last week.
RCMP say the boy was arrested on Saturday and faces charges of aggravated sexual assault, aggravated assault and unlawful confinement of one of the boys injured in the Jan. 7 attack.
He is expected in court today, and police said it's possible his charges will be amended.
Police say that on Jan. 7, a group of youths and young adults lured two boys to an apartment building, where they were attacked. Police found one of the boys lying unconscious in a snow bank behind the building on Monday, following an anonymous tip. Police later identified the second victim, who remains in hospital, the RCMP said Tuesday.
The other six people charged remain in custody and are scheduled to appear in court Wednesday, Jan. 16.
Prince George is about 780 km north of Vancouver.
