TORONTO – A 66-year-old woman wept on the witness stand as she described being "abusively massaged" and kissed by anesthesiologist Dr. George Doodnaught during her knee replacement surgery in 2010.

The senior alleged she was conscious but sedated during her operation on Jan. 5, 2010, at North York General Hospital when her right breast was fondled.

The woman took off her glasses and wiped away tears as soon as Crown attorney David Wright asked her if "something upsetting happened to you" during her surgery.

"I was so happy when I feel that so many persons are working on me. But then, I felt someone's hands on my breasts back and forth," testified the woman, who labelled the experience "the worst day of my life.
