A 26-year-old man admitted to being the pants-pulling predator whose brazen attacks rattled the city last year, pleading guilty to sexually assaulting nine women and following a 10th into school.
Those in an Ottawa courtroom Monday heard that three of the women were able to identify Gavin Sean Griffiths as their attacker in photo lineups and he twice left his DNA on the scene - once in a spot of blood on a victim's clothing and a second time on a cigarette butt a victim ripped from his mouth.
Griffiths pleaded guilty to nine counts of sexual assault, mischief and two counts of breaching probation.
