BARRIE, Ont. — A 54-year-old woman faces charges for allegedly smashing a man's car in a fit of drive-thru rage at Tim Hortons.
Police in this city north of Toronto say the woman was in the drive-thru on Jan. 21 when she decided to clean the snow off her car, which caused traffic to back up.
When a 47-year-old Barrie man commented about the woman holding up traffic, police said the woman threatened to drive into his car.
She allegedly got into her car and backed into the man's car before pulling ahead and asking him, "How'd you like that? Want some more?"
The woman then reversed again and damaged both cars, police said.
Police arrived and gathered information from witnesses.
The woman is accused of uttering threats to cause damage, dangerous driving and mischief.
