A scrappy patient recalled telling anesthesiologist Dr. George Doodnaught to "Stop it! Stop it! Stop it" after he sexually assaulted her during surgery, a Superior Court heard Wednesday.

The witness, a nurse for more than 20 years, testified she was undergoing a hernia operation on Dec. 19, 2006, at North York General Hospital when she felt a penis being inserted into her mouth.

"I was fighting every second of it. I felt that I was screaming, as far as I know, at the top of my lungs," the woman, 58, told Crown attorney David Wright. She said she felt Doodnaught's hands on her face at the time.
