TORONTO - A member of the Emergency Task Force testified Wednesday about being trapped by a stolen snow plow, fearing he may lose his leg.

That stolen snow plow also killed Sgt. Ryan Russell.

Richard Kachkar, 46, showed no emotion as Toronto Police ETF Const. Errol Watson took the witness stand to describe the pursuit of the snow plow, stolen by Kachkar early morning on Jan. 12, 2011.
